The book is in good condition, tight binding, contains 115 pages, front and back cover completely intact. Front cover is split from but intact. Some pages are slightly stained but readable. All the pages are intact but some of the recipes have been cut out. I am assuming these must have been the owners favorite recipes. The book measures 6.5" x 4".
The 14 chapters are :Breads rolls, muffins, etc., Breakfast foods and cereal dishes, eggs, Meats, stuffings, and sauces, Vegetables, Soups and Chowders, Fish, Fish Sauces, and Shell-Fish, Poultry, Salads, Cakes, fillings and Icings., Desserts, puddings and pies., Foods for invalids and babies, Tea Coffee and other beverages.
